A Message From The Doctor

Greetings! I hope everyone is enjoying their summer vacation and staying cool on these hot summer days. We have exciting news to report here at Harmony EyeCare. In April, we had the opportunity to attend the annual Vision Source North American Meeting in Houston, Texas. In addition to obtaining some necessary continuing education, we were able to see and try out the newest technology in eye care. We've brought a piece of this technology home with us (more on that later). This meeting also provided us with wonderful resources to be able to serve you, our patients, with the best quality and value. We will definitely be attending next year's meeting! We are proud to be affiliated with the Vision Source network of private practices.

What's New

We have expanded our frame inventory to include the following exciting lines: Fysh, Kliik, Evatik, Flexon, Airlock, Tommy Hilfiger, Ray Ban, and many more. Please stop in and try them on for size!

As many of you know, we started our practice with electronic medical records. While other practices are still using paper charts, we are on the forefront of the modern optometric practice. Not only does this allow us to practice more efficiently, it allows us to provide you with the best care. We are constantly striving to offer you the most advanced care. As I mentioned earlier, we have added new technology to our practice. We now have the ability to take digital pictures of the back of your eyes (the retina). Our new camera will allow us to be able to detect and document retinal disease at a much higher level.

Did You Know?

We offer eye exams to infants between the ages of 6 - 12 months AT NO COST as participating providers of the InfantSee Program. The sooner a visual or ocular problem is detected, the sooner it can be treated. If left unchecked, these undetected problems can become a permanent visual impairment.
